Færder Municipality, c/o Property Management, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of a framework agreement for annual inspections and service of sprinkler installations, water fog installations, smoke lids, and fire curtains.

Færder Municiaplity, c/o Property Management, would like to enter into a framework agreement for annual inspections of sprinkler installations, water fog installations, smoke lids, and fire curtains. Inspections include necessary preparatory work/preparations, inspection, and reports/documentation.

The contract will be valid from 15.12.22.

A framework agreement will be signed with 1 tenderer.

A framework agreement will be signed for 2 years, with an option for 1+1 year extension.

The estimated annual value of the framework agreement is NOK 500,000 million excluding VAT. The total value of the framework agreement is not expected to exceed NOK 2.5 million excluding VAT over 4 years.

This is only an estimate and it is not binding for the municipality.

At the annual inspections, the tenderer can make improvements for up to NOK 10,000 per installation without clarifying with the contracting authority.

All work for repairs/service outside the annual inspections must be ordered by the contracting authority before the work commences.
