This is why Liona Catering Oy has decided to initiate a technical dialogue with the services related to the supply of food and commodities and services related to all Liona Catering Oy's offices, military training areas, and other delivery points to be determined separately. Restaurants in Lion Catering are described in the annex to this request for participation. (Annex 1)
Lion Catering's mission is to safeguard the food supply and continuity of operations of its partners (Defence Forces & Criminal Sanctions Institute) in all conditions. Thus, we require unconditional reliability, security of supply and continuity planning from our vendors, as well as testing the continuity plan.
Leo Catering oy's activities emphasize the supplier's own management of interference. It should be treated in such a way as to minimise the potential impact of food chain disruption on the activities of the Lion Catering customer.
Lion Catering asks to participate in technical dialogue all domestic wholesalers, as well as major food industry players. Dialogues will be held during the spring and summer of 2022.

Dialogues & meetings are held at a minimum around the following subject areas. Due to the wide range of appointments will have to arrange several (Teams & face-to-face):

- Preparedness & Responsibility
- Prescription, product management, products
- Contract law & contract models
The purpose of the technical dialogue is to increase the companies' mutual understanding of the business, as well as to create a base for Liona Catering Ltd. For possible contract changes in the food category.
