LOT M5: Upgrading of control and refurbishment of existing ElectroStatic Precipitator (ESP) for wood pellets

LOT M5: Upgrading of control and refurbishment of existing Electro Static Precipitator (ESP) for wood pellets.

Replacement/upgrading of the existing control system and refurbishment of the existing ElectroStatic Precipitator (ESP) for wood pellets at Amager Power Station located in the city of Copenhagen.

The supply includes engineering, purchase, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, testing and documentation of a new control and various refurbishment to the fly ash discharge system from the ESP.

The existing ESP is supplied by Fläkt and commissioned in 1989. The ESP consists of one chamber divided in four fields and is designed for a capacity of app. 800 000 Nm3/h flue gas.

The supplier shall be able to provide full maintenance and support to the equipment.
