Multi Supplier Framework for Clinical and Business Video Collaborative Platforms for the Irish Health Service

The Health Service Executive (HSE) is seeking to award a Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement for clinical and business video collaborative platforms for use throughout the Irish Health Service. The solutions, which will be delivered as Software as a Service (SAAS), will allow authorised users to provide care to service users, where clinically appropriate, and remote communication with colleagues, utilising video technology. Platforms suitable for small clinical groups (< 4 users per session)

Platforms suitable for One to One and Small group clinical use (<4 participants) e.g. Outpatient appointment between healthcare provider and service user/patient along with their representatives or small clinical meeting. This Lot will be limited to the 3 top scoring qualified tenderers.

Platforms suitable for large clinical groups (≥4 users per session)

Platforms suitable for larger Clinical Groups e.g. Patient and Clinician education sessions/workshops or large Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings. This Lot will be limited to the 3 top scoring qualified tenderers

Platforms suitable for Enterprise Business use. (>3,000)

Platforms suitable for business use, with option to host in excess of 3,000 attendees in a meeting environment, and ability to manage elements of these attendees. This Lot will be limited to the 3 top scoring qualified tenderers
