The AKTO Competence Operator wishes to appoint a general contractor in order to merge some of its sites spread throughout the national territory.
design a comprehensive development project at the national level, allowing to define an architectural concept specific to akto.
- draw up a schedule and a detailed budget for each operation on the basis of the development concept chosen.
- propose a coefficient for all projects relating to these fees which will include the design and execution of the works in general contracting mode.
- manage all the work, furniture fittings and transfers with a commitment to quality.
- assist and advise on all administrative, legal, financial and technical aspects.
- take charge of the follow-up and verification of invoices related to construction sites.
- lead steering committee meetings and technical meetings (drafting and dissemination of the minutes).
- receive and deliver the site to akto.
- proceed to the lifting of reservations, establish the files of the works executed and ensure the after-sales service for 3 months.
