The subject of the contract is the collection and management service of municipal waste from the territory of the Municipality of Nałęczów. A detailed description of the subject of the order is given in Annex 1 and 2 to SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the collection and management service of municipal waste from the territory of the Nałęczów Municipality, consisting in:

“Receiving and management of municipal waste directly from owners of property residing from the territory of the Nałęczów Municipality”, consisting of:

-acceptance and management of municipal waste directly from the owners of property residing from the territory of the municipality Nałęczów,

-the delivery of bags for selective collection in the colours specified in the Regulations (on the basis of 'bag for bag') necessary for the proper functioning of the waste management system,

-supply of containers for the collection of municipal waste in multi-family buildings (cooperatives and housing communities) in the municipality,

-Receipt of waste, which will be issued by residents in front of the property in the public action system so-called “exhibition”

“Reception and management of the mass of municipal waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point”, consisting of:

- collection and management of the mass of municipal waste collected selectively from the inhabitants of the municipality Nałęczów gathered at the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste Collection located in the village Drzewce Kolonia 44.

- equipment at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) with containers for segregated municipal waste.

The scope and method of execution of the object of the order is determined by (Annex 1 to SWZ) — Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) and the Model of the contract constituting (Annex 2 to SWZ).
