1. The subject of the Order is the design and execution of all construction works related to: “CONSTRUCTION OF A BIOMASS BOILER WITH A NOMINAL CAPACITY OF 7 MW W SPGK Sp. z o. o.”

2. The scope of work includes, in particular, the performance of all design and construction work, construction of a boiler with a capacity of 7 MW together with installations and accompanying equipment, exhaust gas purification installations, chimney with insulation and exhaust ducts and foundation, ACPiA, etc., obtaining the necessary administrative decisions including construction permit decisions, all required dismantling, demolitions, spacers, export and management of waste, protection of existing buildings, repair of the roof, walls and facades in the Biomass Boiler room and in places after dismantling, forging, demolitions, construction work, landscaping, commissioning, optimizations, test traffic, inspection measurements, work during the warranty period, admission to use, etc. all investments in the so-called turnkey system, etc., carried out under this order..
