Information service, advice and legal accompaniment to applicants and beneficiaries of international protection, provided by the Service of Attention to Immigrants and Refugees (SAIER) of the Barcelona City Council, in those legal aspects that are necessary for those persons capable of requesting asylum before the State Administration. The service object of the contract includes the reception, information, orientation, advice and accompaniment to the users. There are 2 types of action:

- Legal advice service: reception, information, advice and accompaniment to users, both individually and as a group; training and advice to professionals; preparation of specialized legal reports on the subject of asylum,

- Administrative reinforcement service: administrative support to tasks and processes.
