The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, harvesting and breaking timber, seed, comprehensive services in the area of Radzików Forest Nursery, and meadow and agricultural management of OHZ region No. 107, to be carried out in the area of Cybinka Forest Forest District in 2022.
The scope of the object of the order includes total quantities of work in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber, semination, comprehensive services in the area of Radzików Forest Nursery, and meadow-agricultural management and landscaping of the perimeter OHZ No 107, resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ,
Package I - Acquisition PackageThe order includes surface preparation (agrotechnical melioration), logging and breaking of wood in the forestry area: Urad, Białków, Rąpice
Package X — Forestry: Skarbona, Maszewo;This package includes work in the fields of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, other forest development work and logging, in the forestry area: Skarbona, Maszewo;
Package XI — protectionThis package includes services falling within the scope of forest fire protection in Cybinka Forest Forest Area
Package XII — forest nursery and seedThis package includes a comprehensive service to Radzików Forest Nursery and seminal work throughout the Forest District.
Package XIII — Meadow and Hunting ManagementThis package includes work consisting in particular on the feed of game, maintenance of hunting equipment and flying and all agricultural services related to the maintenance of grasslands, pastures and farmland developed by the Zwierzyny Husbandry Centre (OHZ) of the Cybinka Forest Area, on the territory of the whole Cybinka Forest District and partly also outside of it (in the area of Torzym Forest District).

Package VII — Forestry: Białków, Rąpice;This package includes work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, other forest development work and logging, in the forestry area of Białków, Rąpice;
Package VIII — forestry: New World, Sarnovo;This package includes work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, other forest development work and logging, in forestry: Nowy Świat, Sarnowo;
