Statistics Denmark conducts interview surveys for both private and public task assignees, and re-provides the direct activities with data collection (interview assignments). Statistics Denmark will continue to select and organise sampling plans and possibly supplement data with register data and list the collected data.
Based on a sample and questionnaires provided by Statistics Denmark, the service provider must carry out the data collection for the surveys purchased by Statistics Denmark under the framework agreement.
Statistics Denmark has outsourced activities with data collection. Based on the sample and questionnaire provided by Statistics Denmark, the tenderer must carry out data collection for the surveys that Statistics Denmark wishes to be carried out. The offeror must contact potential respondents via digital mail, letter, telephone or SMS. The data collections can take place as web interviews (CAWI) or telephone interviews (CATI). It may also be data collection with paper forms that the service provider must send by post. The method and number of inquiries determine the customer in connection with the request of a task. The service provider must transfer the collected data and documentation thereof to the customer on a daily basis. The service provider must handle inquiries from the persons invited to participate in the surveys.
For the exchange of data between the service provider and Statistics Denmark, an FTP platform is made available for data transmission between the service provider and Statistics Denmark.
