Description:
Provision of ongoing cleaning services in residential buildings and adjacent areas, together with winter maintenance of areas, divided into 6 parts

The subject of the contract includes the provision of services consisting of:

1) ongoing cleanliness in residential buildings listed in Annex 3 to the ToR, owned by the Municipality of Szczecin with an area of 65 800.55 m 2 .

2) ongoing cleanliness in areas owned by the City of Szczecin adjacent to the property together with areas cleaned regularly, listed in Annex 3 to the ToR, together with winter maintenance of areas, with an area of 385 989.23 m 2 .

3) winter maintenance of areas owned by the City of Szczecin not listed in Annex 3 to this ToR, orders each time depending on the needs of the contracting authority with an approximate area of 7 200.00 m 2

- in accordance with applicable law (Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes, Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454) and regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of the City of Szczecin adopted by the City Council of Szczecin.


Provision of services in the scope of ongoing maintenance of cleanliness in residential buildings and adjacent areas, together with winter maintenance of areas in the former region 2 and 3

The subject of the contract includes in particular:

1) maintaining proper sanitary and orderliness of staircases, laundries, drying rooms, gates, gate clearances and other rooms on the property's premises for common use - (internal area),

2) maintain in proper sanitary and order condition of the areas adjacent to buildings within the limits of given properties specified by the Employer,

3) winter maintenance of areas - cleaning of snow, ice and mud from sidewalks, access to buildings and containers for municipal waste as well as ways of boring them, as well as rain gullies, heap of snow into piles, precipitation of icicles from cornices, gutters and downpipes (at low buildings) in buildings up to a height of two storeys), sprinkling after snowfall and during ice occurrence of the above surface with sand or other roughing agent.

Mud cleaned up, ice should be prismatic with the preservation of pedestrian crossings and the largest number of available parking spaces, as well as folding it on the edge of the pavement.

These activities should be carried out with continuous snowfall at least twice a day, i.e. until 7:00 and from 13:00 to 15:00 regardless of the day of the week. In case of black ice removal, the contractor should immediately remove its effects regardless of the day of the week and its time,

4) winter maintenance of areas not included in Annex 3 to the ToR will be carried out in accordance with the needs of the Employer. The Manager of the Technical and Maintenance Department will in writing commission the service at least three days before the date of performance and in special cases one day in advance, specifying in the order the address with the location of the area, the area and the date of service,

2) maintain in proper sanitary and order condition of the areas adjacent to buildings within the limits of given properties specified by the Employer,

3) winter maintenance of areas - cleaning of snow, ice and mud from sidewalks, access to buildings and containers for municipal waste as well as ways of boring them, as well as rain gullies, heap of snow into piles, precipitation of icicles from cornices, gutters and downpipes (at low buildings) in buildings up to a height of two storeys), sprinkling after snowfall and during ice occurrence of the above surface with sand or other roughing agent.

2. additional scope of services for the building at ul. Arkońska 17-18 in the former area No. 8;

a) washing floors and stairs with staircases - twice a week;

b) cleaning with non-standard (difficult to access) window cleaning agents using a mountaineering method - once a quarter;

c) placing and placing waste containers under the chute pipe as needed;

d) washing the surface of the glass partition walls with doors - once a week;

e) snow removal from terraces (2 pcs) along with manual transport of snow, removal of leaves and other impurities - as needed;


Provision of services in the scope of current maintenance of cleanliness in residential buildings and adjacent areas along with winter maintenance of areas in the former region 5, 6 and 9

The subject of the contract includes in particular:

1) maintaining proper sanitary and orderliness of staircases, laundries, drying rooms, gates, gate clearances and other rooms on the property's premises for common use - (internal area),

2) maintain in proper sanitary and order condition of the areas adjacent to buildings within the limits of given properties specified by the Employer,

The subject of the contract includes in particular:

1) maintaining proper sanitary and orderliness of staircases, laundries, drying rooms, gates, gate clearances and other rooms on the property's premises for common use - (internal area),

2) maintain in proper sanitary and order condition of the areas adjacent to buildings within the limits of given properties specified by the Employer,

3) winter maintenance of areas - cleaning of snow, ice and mud from sidewalks, access to buildings and containers for municipal waste as well as ways of boring them, as well as rain gullies, heap of snow into piles, precipitation of icicles from cornices, gutters and downpipes (at low buildings) in buildings up to a height of two storeys), sprinkling after snowfall and during ice occurrence of the above surface with sand or other roughing agent.
