Bergen Municipality c/o Bergen Water and Sewage Department will enter into a new contract for the collection of septic sludge and sludge removal.

Bergen Municipality is the pollution authority for separate interceptors for sludge and wants to ensure that the quality requirements for the installations and emissions are met. The Water and Sewage Department is, pursuant to the local regulations on compulsory emptying of private interceptors for sludge dated 25/11/2015, responsible for administering the emptying of private interceptors for sludge in Bergen municipality. The contract tenderer will be the outstretched arm of the municipality in this work.

The scheduled start of contract is January 2023.
