With this tender and the resulting Agreement, the National Ombudsman aims to contract a Contractor who:

- The current reception and security services can continue, while maintaining reception staff is guaranteed;

- Creates an environment in which the employees of the National Ombudsman feel safe;

- Provides security and reception services with an optimal balance between hospitality and the radiance of authority.

All entrepreneurs who meet the requirements are invited to submit a Tender. This can be done independently, as a partnership and / or by calling on third parties.

The estimate of the order value is €100,000 excluding VAT per year. The above mentioned magnitude is only intended as an indication. The Contractor cannot derive any rights from this in any way. The National Ombudsman has no purchase obligation and does not provide a sales guarantee.
