The subject of the contract is the delivery of equipment with installation and commissioning within the time limit set in consultation with the general contractor of construction works, investor supervision and the Ordering Party.

The specification item listed in Annex 1 to SWZ will be delivered to the upgraded operating block for the purpose of equipping the Central Sterilizer.

The Contracting Authority shall not allow delivery to the premises of the Ordering Party. The equipment is to be delivered directly to the construction and installed there.

The execution of the necessary work with the adaptation of the approaches to the media under the contractor offered by the contractor of the equipment, lies on the side of the General Contractor of the construction works.

Package 1-

Steam sterilizer through capacity 8 JS including equipment:, Wash and disinfectant through 18 trays with equipment, Wash and disinfectant through for washing and disinfecting trolleys and transport containers with manual surface washing equipment, Hydrogen peroxide sterilizer plasma.

The Contractor in Package 1 is required to include in the price of the offer of enclosure of the supplied appliances (filling with stainless steel sheet) all free spaces around the appliances.

The Ordering Party posts a Figure on the change of the room layout in the Central Sterilizer and a Figure on the size of the mounting holes in the partition walls for the needs of the equipment in the Central Sterilizer.

Of transport dimensions greater than those specified in Annex 1- Detailed Description of the Order Subject is required to include in the price of the offer, any costs of work related to the reconstruction of the door opening necessary for the introduction of the device.
