The subject of the contract is the implementation of the project entitled "Renewable energy sources in the Municipality of Drzewica" consisting in the execution of 237 photovoltaic microinstallations generating electricity and the execution of 58 pcs. installation of solar collectors and replacement of 15 pellet boilers generating heat for household needs (hereinafter: "installation" or "installations") in single-family residential buildings belonging to residents of the Drzewica Commune ("users").

As part of the performance of the contract, the contractor will first prepare installation designs, including obtaining the necessary permits, making the required arrangements, obtaining the required administrative or technical approvals. Based on the design approved by the Contracting Entity, the Contractor will make the designed installation using its own materials, which is understood as delivering to the place of implementation of the designed installation all the necessary elements of the installation, their assembly and connection to the existing

As part of Part I of the contract, the Contractor will design, deliver and install 237 photovoltaic microinstallations generating electricity for the needs of households in single-family residential buildings belonging to the residents of the Drzewica Commune. As part of the performance of the contract, the contractor will first prepare installation designs, including obtaining the necessary permits, making the required arrangements, obtaining the required administrative or technical approvals. Based on the design approved by the Contracting Entity, the Contractor will perform the designed installation using its own materials, which is understood as delivering to the place of implementation of the designed installation all the necessary elements of the installation, assembling them and connecting them to the existing building installations, performing the required checks or acceptances, connections and start-up of installations being the subject of the contract, in relation to photovoltaic installations with the obligation The contractor will notify the connection of the micro-installations together with the required attachments to PGE Dystrybucja enabling the conclusion of agreements on the provision of distribution services of electricity fed into the network and on the sale of energy introduced into the distribution network. As part of the contract, the Contractor will train the users of the installation in the scope of their operation and provide warranty service during the warranty period.

As part of the implementation of Part II of the contract, the Contractor will design, deliver and install 58 installations of solar collectors generating heat for the needs of households in single-family residential buildings belonging to the residents of the Drzewica Commune. In addition, the Contractor will design, deliver and replace, i.e. dismantle existing heat sources and install new boilers powered by pellets in the amount of 15 pieces. As part of the performance of the contract, the contractor will first prepare installation designs, including obtaining the necessary permits, making the required arrangements, obtaining the required administrative or technical approvals.
