The subject of the contract is the construction of a cogeneration system with a gas engine with an electrical capacity of 0.8 MW and a thermal power of 0.86 MW in the Żory Plant Czerwionka-Leszczyny Branch, in accordance with the scope of work contained in the Description of the subject of the contract constituting part II SWZ and under the conditions specified in the Draft provisions of the contract constituting part III SWZ.
