The Central Saxony District Office is planning to establish a campus for "green professions" at the Freiberg-Zug site. The subject of the tender is the structural work on the interior of the main building. The tender includes demolition work on a reinforced concrete staircase with seating steps (on both sides), Menzel-L ceilings, masonry walls and light wells. Inside the building, the work includes the construction of a reinforced concrete staircase, the construction, closing and enlargement of door and wall openings, the insertion/closing of the existing ceiling with new reinforced concrete ceiling strips and the production of core holes of different sizes, ceiling and wall openings. In addition, the entrance area is to be opened up through the use of steel support beams and columns, in conjunction with supplementary foundation work.
In the outdoor area, the specifications include the construction of strip foundations including the opening of the existing asphalt surface as well as painting and plastering work on a small scale.
Scope of services: 65 m² demolition asphalt surface, 1.5 m³ demolition of reinforced concrete staircase (10 pcs., width approx. 2.20m), 1.5 m³ demolition of seat steps (L/W/H approx. 1.4/,85/1 m), 17 m³ of interior wall demolition, 29 m³ of ground moving, 7 pcs of door and window openings, 70 m² of overhaul paint, 12 pieces of closing door/window openings, 14 m² of masonry work, 1 pc of reinforced concrete staircase (12 pcs., width approx. 2.20m), 23 m² reinforced concrete slabs, 3 steel support girders (2 each), 2 steel columns (2 each)
