Outdoor system planning

The new school building in Bethcke-Straße is intended to create the premises of the FÖS "Astrid Lindgren", which is currently located at August-Lamprecht-Straße 15, for 144 pupils in accordance with the specifications of the space requirements programme (see Annex 3). In the course of fulfilling the space requirements program, the accommodation of a separate after-school care center in the school building must also be taken into account. The after-school care centre will have its own access road with parking spaces. Access is to be planned in such a way that the shortest route to August-Lamprecht-Straße 15 (school building B) is within walking distance for the pupils. Accessibility to all floors required to meet the space requirements can be accessed via stairwells and by elevator for the disabled. The access roads must be barrier-free. A fire protection concept is to be planned for the August-Lamprecht-Straße site. An essential point is the creation of two independent structural escape routes. The electrical system and TGA are outdated and need to be modernized. In doing so, the applicable rules and regulations such as DIN 58125, DGUV Regulation 81, DIN 18040-1, the MSchulbauRL or the BauO LSA must be complied with.

The client intends to award planning services for outdoor facility planning - section 1 in accordance with §§ 38 and 40 of the HOAI.
