The procurement procedure used is open tendering. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. The framework agreement with maximum is passed pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1 °, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The services are divided into 2 lot(s):- lot 1: Stationery and school supplies;- lot 2: Lot 2 - educational games, teaching materials and creative hobbies. Each framework agreement will be allocated to a single economic operator. The maximum total amount of benefits for the duration of the framework agreement, including renewal periods, is:- EUR 450 000 maximum for lot 1;- maximum EUR 250 000 for lot 2. The duration of the initial period of the framework agreement is 1 year, renewable 3 times 1 year by tacit agreement
