1. The order is factory delivery of new office equipment for JAP, broken down by parts:
a) Part 1 — Printers
b) Part 2 — Label Scanners and Printers
c) part 3 - Multifunctional devices.
Annex 1 to SWZ contains a list of Units covered by this Order
3. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the award of the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (8) of the Pzp Act.
4. The Contracting Authority shall not permit the submission of variant tenders within the meaning of Article 92 (1) of the Pzp Act.
5. The Contracting Authority authorises the submission of partial tenders.
6. The Contracting Authority provides for the conclusion of the framework agreement referred to in Articles 311 — 315 of the Pzp Act.
7. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the reimbursement of the costs
8. The Ordering Party shall not permit the submission of tenders in the form of electronic catalogs or attach electronic catalogs to the offer.
9. The Ordering Party requires a defect in the amount:
a) part 1 - 35 000 PLN,
b) part 2 - 25 000 PLN,
c) part 3 - 155 000 zł.
Printers1. The object of the order is delivery of 467 pcs factory new printers for JAP needs.
2. The proceedings shall be carried out in order to conclude a framework agreement.
2. The detailed method of execution of the subject of the contract is set out in Form No 2 to SWZ - Technical Specification and in Form No 3 to SWZ - Designed provisions of the Framework Agreement.
3. The Ordering Party determined the estimated number of the order item ordered only for the purpose of the valuation of tenders submitted by the Contractors, which will then be used to develop a ranking of the submitted tenders.
4. For each part, a framework agreement with up to 5 Contractors will be concluded.
5. The Framework Agreement will contain the entire range listed in the tenders submitted, i.e. each entity will be able to purchase any equipment during the duration of the Framework Agreement.
6. Executive proceedings will be conducted through the Purchasing Platform at: https://zamowienia.gov.pl/ or https://platforma.eb2b.com.pl, which will require the Contractor to use a qualified electronic signature.
Whenever in the contents of the SWZ, including the Technical Specification, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ, the subject of the contract is described by indicating names, patents, standards, trademarks or origin, the Contracting Authority shall allow the Contractor to offer an equivalent solution.
8. Where the Contractor offers equivalent equipment, it is obliged to demonstrate its equivalence, in relation to the subject of the contract described in Form No 2 to the SWZ. Equivalence in terms of technical, utility or operational parameters shall, in particular, ensure that technical parameters are obtained not inferior to those adopted by the Contracting Authority.
9. Order for:
a) the Małopolska Provincial Office in Kraków will be financed by a programme called “I 3 — INFRASTRUCTURE, INNOVATION, INFORMATION. The project of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship dedicated to third-country nations' co-financed by the Programme of the National Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund”;
b) the Ministry of Education and Science (only an order to the headquarters of the Unit located in Warsaw at Szucha 25) will be co-financed by the European Union under the Technical Assistance of the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development (project no. POWR.06.01.00-00-0201/20 entitled Technical Support OP WER for the intermediary institution MEiN 2021-2022);
c) Opole Provincial Office will be co-financed by the Programme of the National Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund “Safe Haven” - Project No 12/10-2019/OG-FAMI entitled “Friendly Office for Legal Migration — Phase II”;
(d) The Office for Foreigners will be partially implemented within the framework of project No 3/8-2018/BK-FAMI entitled “Migration Analytical Centre”, co-financed under the Programme of the National Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund — “Safe Haven”, project no 1/4-2017/BK-FAMI entitled “Adaptation of the headquarters The Office for Foreigners for Foreigners” co-financed under the Programme of the National Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund — “Safe Haven”, a project “Office closer to foreigners” co-financed under the National Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund Programme —” Safe Haven” and the project “We Protect Children, including Unaccompanied Asylum Seekers, from Violence”, co-financed under the Norwegian Financial Mechanism - 'We work together for a Europe that is conducive to inclusive';
e) The Greater Poland Provincial Office in Poznań will be co-financed by the Programme of the National Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund under the name “Direction: Wielkopolska. Efficient Office closer to the migrant — Stage II ';
(f) the West Pomeranian Provincial Office in Szczecin will be implemented from the Technical Assistance Programme for European Funds and Project No 3/10-2019/OG-FAMI “Establishment of premises and workstations for the technical handling of OPT applications in the ZUW in Szczecin and the Delegation in Koszalin”.
