Property service of certain properties in Ringsted Municipality and administration of a section of these buildings and facilities.

The contracting entity owns a number of municipal rental housing and premises. The homes are divided into nursing home housing, wild housing and co-housing, housing suitable for disabled people, and other rental housing.

The present tender covers property management and property services of these homes and premises.
