Partick Housing Association Ltd. is a not for profit social housing provider and is a registered social landlord based in the West of Glasgow.

The purpose of this competition is to identify a suitable contractor to carry out the Gutter Cleaning and Roof Inspection Works to Partick Housing Association's properties in this area over the duration of the Contract.

The three-year contract will be subject to satisfactory review as assessed by Housing Management and by tenant feedback.

The Association will consider extending the contract for a maximum of a further two-year period, however this will be dependent on the Contractor satisfactorily fulfilling his contractual commitments and the required level of performance as set out in the KPIs and a suitable adjustment to the contract price being negotiated between the parties. (See Supplementary Conditions of Contract). Any subsequent extension to the Contract will be made on a year-on-year basis.
