The subject matter of the contract is:
1. provision of technical assistance and support services of the System (IMS 1.0) for Users for a period of 14 months under the basic order;
2. provision of technical assistance and support services of the System to Users for a maximum period of 22 months under the right of option from the date of completion of the basic order (option no. 1);
3. providing technical assistance and support services for the IMS System (IMS 2.0) for Users for a maximum period of 22 months under the right of option from the date of completion of the basic order (option no. 2).
