The contracting authority is seeking consultancy services for the development of an application and web service for the Sailing Directions “The Norwegian Pilot”.

The contracting authority wants to emphasize that development should take place under the Hydrographic Service leadership, and that this procurement applies technical assistance in the development, IA and UX.

“The Norwegian pilot” will be developed in several phases. Phase 1 will be to develop a fully functional solution for Rogaland.

Development of the solution will depend on the allocated budget funds, and supplier will get hourly payment for the consultancy services.

The consultant (s) shall be seated in employer‘s office in periods, in the various phases.

The aim is that the Sailing Directions “Norwegian Pilot” will be a full digital solution that works on tablet computers and on-line (not mobile), and be a preferred scheduling tool for professional navigators.
