1. The subject of the contract is the collection directly from the property, transport and management of municipal waste generated by owners of residential real estate (households) and the collection of transport and management of waste from the stationary Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste ("PSZOK") in the Municipality of Nałęczów.

The subject of the contract is the collection directly from the property, transport and management of municipal waste generated by owners of residential real estate (households) and the collection of transport and management of waste from the stationary Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste ("PSZOK") in the Municipality of Nałęczów.

2. Within the scope of the contract, the collection of approximately 4615.537 Mg of waste is estimated according to the division of:

1) 4355.495 Mg - the amount of municipal waste that the Ordering Party anticipates to be collected from the owners of real estate residing in the Nałęczów Commune during the contract execution period,

2) 260.042 Mg - the amount of municipal waste that the Ordering Party provides for collection from the stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point ("PSZOK") during the contract execution period,
