This "Design & Build" contract includes the study and execution of the civil engineering works necessary for the widening of the railway platform of line L. 124 Bruxelles-Nivelles, on the territory of Braine-l'Alleud and de Nivelles, including in particular:

- construction and / or modification of structures (underpasses, overpasses, retaining walls and sound barriers, various foundations, etc.),

- the realization of earthworks necessary for the works,

- the realization of asphalted platform and drainage systems,

- the extension and adaptation of hydraulic structures (OH) and existing watercourses,

- the realization of roadworks to the right of the works of art and paths of access,

- the relocation or adaptation of railway equipment necessary for the aforementioned works,

- various small demolition and finishing works.

"The study" includes design, stability study, study of special techniques, means of execution and logistics. On the basis of the requirements set out in the specifications, the tenderer must establish the design of the elements described above.
