The Joint Municipal Authority for Social Welfare and Health Care in Kainuu requests tenders for work supervision services for personnel for the contract period starting on 1.1.2023 and lasting two (2) years.
The acquisition also includes an option option separately for 2025 and 2026. The client decides on the exercise of the option by the end of June of the calendar year preceding the beginning of the option year.
The procurement shall take the form of a framework agreement. Partial offers by service package are possible.
The work supervision services that are the subject of the procurement complement the client's internal work supervision.

Individual work guidance, group work guidance and crisis work guidance are procured for service packages. The service provider must commit to work supervision both remotely and in person.
The remote service provider must have appropriate facilities, equipment (including connections) and appropriately trained personnel required for the operation. In remote services, the connection used by the service provider must meet the requirements of the regulations on confidentiality, data protection and information security. The provider of the services is responsible for data protection and data security with regard to both the connections used in remote services and the processing of personal data generated in it.
