The subject of the contract is "Collection and management of municipal waste from property owners from the Municipality of Hrubieszów, where residents live" indicated in the description of the contract, in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling, the level of storage of municipal waste and waste resulting from the treatment of municipal waste recovery by other methods and the reduction of the weight of municipal waste subject to biodegradations sent to landfill, in accordance with the legislation in force
1. The subject of the contract is the collection, collection and development of municipal waste from the owners of real estate where the inhabitants of the Municipality of Hrubieszów live, indicated in the description of the contract of municipal waste (the entire municipality is one sector). The contractor is obliged to collect, collect and manage the entire amount of municipal waste handed over by the owners of real estate where residents live, including:
1) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste;
2) paper;
(3) metals and plastics, including multi-material packaging waste;
4) glass;
5) bioodpady;
6) expired medicines;
7) waste not eligible as medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes;
8. hazardous waste;
9) chemicals;
10) spent batteries and batteries;
11) consumed electrical and electronic equipment;
12) furniture and other large-sized waste;
(13) construction and demolition waste;
14. textile and clothing waste;
15) worn tyres;
16) ash
2. The estimated amount of waste covered by this proceeding over a period of 10 months amounts to a total of 4135,66 Mg, broken down by fraction:
1) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste – 2083 Mg;
2) paper 16.70 Mg;
3) metals, plastics and multi-material packaging waste – 416.70 Mg;
4) 208.30Mg glass;
5) bioodpady 833,30 Mg;
6) expired drugs 0.84 Mg;
7) waste not eligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes 0.025 Mg;
8) hazardous waste 0.03 Mg;
9) chemicals 0,025 Mg;
10) waste batteries and accumulators 0.42 Mg;
11) waste electrical and electronic equipment 13.40 Mg;
12) furniture and other bulky waste 125 Mg;
13) construction and demolition waste from households 150 Mg;
14) textile and clothing waste 0.42 Mg;

The amount of waste during the period covered by the present proceeding is only indicative, serving only for the comparison of tenders. It does not constitute an obligation for the ordering party to prepare for the collection of a certain amount of waste. Settlements will be made on the basis of the actual amount of municipal waste collected and managed from the property and PSZOK.
The Contracting Authority expects the Contractor to equip residential properties with containers for individual order of the owner, including containers for selective waste collection in multi-family properties (e.g. rental, lease, purchase).
