Property and commercial legal work package – covering offshore seabed leases, offshore agreements for subleases and forms of sublease, dealing with receipt of option notices, putting in place subleases and land property agreements. In addition to this, commercial contract support, investment support, corporate structuring, procurement support, dispute resolution (as required), set up and management of grid connection agreements and general legal support.
