1. The subject of the contract shall be the lease by the Contractor to a portable or mobile CNG station and non-cash sale of methane fuel (CNG compressed natural gas) from that station, for a total period of 36 months from the date of the signing of the contract.

2. The tank of the leased portable or mobile CNG station is intended to have a capacity enabling its one-time filling of at least 2,000 kg. of methane fuel (CNG compressed natural gas), but not more than 10,000 kg. of this fuel.

3. A portable or mobile CNG station will be operated by the Ordering Party on the premises of its headquarters in Piaseczno at 6 Techniczna Street or on the property managed by the Ordering Authority in Piaseczno at 4 Techniczna Street.

4. Deliveries of methane fuel (CNG compressed natural gas) shall be carried out each time by the contractor to a portable or mobile CNG station in one of the two locations referred to in paragraph 3 above.
