Lot 1: maintenance of green spaces in business parks and inter-municipal buildings defined in the intervention perimeter (mowing, pruning, weeding, etc.), reserved lot having been declared unresolved due to unsuccessfulness on March 18, 2021 following a first call for competition, is the subject of this consultation launched as part of a new open call for tenders procedure. It is subject to the provisions of the public order code (2 e part - book I). In case of unsuccessfulness, the consultation will be relaunched under the conditions provided for by the public order code.
