1.The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of computer equipment included in 3 packages for the needs of the Medical University of Gdańsk (for a period of 12 months or until the contract amount is exhausted).2.The subject of the contract consists of the following packages, described in detail in Annex 3 to this SWZ:Package 1 – Desktops, monitors, soundbars, Package 2 – Notebooks, docking stations, Package 3 – USP uninterruptible power supplies, computer accessories, external drives, operating system. The Ordering Party requires that:a) the offered equipment is brand new, free from any defects and damage, without prior operation;b) the offered equipment was manufactured after January 1, 2023; g) The Contractor has provided a guarantee for the offered equipment listed in Annex 3 and 4 to the SWZ, i.e.:P akiet 1 (equipment K1, K2, K3, M1, M2, M3, A2, A3) – minimum 36 months; Package 2 (equipment N0, N1, N2, N3, A5, A6, A7) – minimum 36 months; Package 3 (equipment A1, A4, A8, O2) – minimum 12.
