Klinikum Wahrendorff GmbH, Rudolf-Wahrendorff-Strasse 22, 31319 Sehnde, is planning to centralize the Wahrendorff clinic in Köthenwald by building a multi-storey building. The design concept groups 5 two- to three-story courtyard houses (components A to E) around a common center and in this way divides the construction volume into scale units. Superordinate uses such as entrances, sports hall and dining room are grouped between the houses, in the joints.
