This contract concerns the supply of column fans which will be distributed to senior members of the Puteaux Senior card.

The contracting authority plans to distribute 2,250 column fans. This contract is a modified procedure contract pursuant to Article 27 of the Procurement Decree (Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016).

The present consultation is a single market treated at a fixed price to the commitment act and in the decomposition of the global and fixed price (annex nº 1 to the act of commitment). The total delivery of the services will have to intervene between the Monday 17.12.2018 and Monday 3.6.2019 (working days). Please note: The candidate who will get closer to a delivery on 17.12.2018, will get the highest score in terms of the criterion "Delivery time" (see consultation rules & technical memorandum framework).
