Tartu Rural Municipality Government buys food products for educational institutions of Tartu Rural Municipality from 01.09.2022 to 31.08.2024

The municipality has 9 educational institutions.

The procurement is divided into smaller parts.

The framework agreement is concluded with all qualified and certified bidders. The procurement contracts concluded on the basis of a framework agreement are for a fixed term and for the conclusion of each new procurement contract, the Tartu Rural Municipality Government organises a mini-competition between the parties to the framework contract. If fewer than 4 tenderers submit a tender in a procurement, a framework contract is concluded with a smaller number of parties. The first contract is awarded to the tenderer who made the lowest cost in the framework contract procurement for a period of three months. The following goose contracts are valid for 6 months.
