Salpakierto Oy will put out to tender a financial management system that includes e.g. general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, project invoicing, consolidated financial statements and payroll as multi-company software.

The target of the acquisition is a browser-based software service (SaaS) that is used to handle the financial administration of Salpakierto Oy and its subsidiary Salpamaa Oy. Salpakierto Oy provides its subsidiary with financial administration services, so Salpakierto Oy acquires a financial management system for its subsidiary through this competitive tendering process (Salpakierto Oy acts as a procurement unit in the procurement). The acquisition includes a software service implementation project, in connection with which integrations and migrations from the current financial management system will be implemented.

With this competitive tendering, we are looking for a supplier of the financial management system, the object of procurement does not include actual financial or payroll administration services in addition to the system's normal support and maintenance services.

The object of the procurement is described in more detail in Appendix 1 Preliminary description of the object of the procurement. The information can be updated during the tendering process.

The contract period starts when the contract is signed and is valid until further notice.
