The municipality covers an area of 98.5 km². Apart from the town of Toszek, the gmina contains 14 villages: Boguszyce,
Gmina Paczynka is bordered by the gminas of Ciochowice, Kotliszowice, Kotulin, Ligota Toszecka, Paczynka, Paczyna, Pawłowice, Pisarzowice and Płużniczka.
Gmina Pniów is bordered by the gminas of Pniów, Proboszczowice, Sarnów and Wilkowiczki.
In the Toszek Commune as at 31.12.2021, the number of people residents, according to the submitted declarations
was 7718. There are 1968 address points in the Commune, including:
− 1865 points in single-family housing – which is 94.77% of all address points,
− 103 points in multi-family housing – which is 5.23% of all address points
These figures are estimates. The fixed quantities shall apply to persons who have submitted declarations for waste collection
municipal and subject to change. The Ordering Party reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of serviced properties in the field of municipal waste collection. This change will not result in
changes in the value of the contract.
A slight decrease in population in 2022 is forecast.

The contractor in the city of Toszek will create a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) and
equip it with suitable containers and containers for the collection of the following wastes:

The subject of the contract includes loading, transport and management of waste collected from the residents of the Municipality of Toszek, except that non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01),
