VKR would like to procure 1 new refuse collection vehicle, with 2 compactor chambers in accordance with the specifications stated in the tender documentation.

Vehicle:

3-axle – 6x2.

Axel distance 3 350 mm to 3 600 mm.

Front axle pressure minimum 9 tonnes.

Permitted total weight 28 tonnes.

Diesel tank 300-400 L.

Low-built chassis.

Rotating boggie.

Body:

Two-chamber with two back lids for separate loading, compacting, and unloading waste.

The vehicle will be used for collection of sorted waste fractions from residential areas and scattered buildings. The actual fractions are residue waste, food waste, paper, glass and metal packaging, and plastic.

Two fractions will be collected simultaneously in separate chambers.

The vehicles will mainly be used for the collection of waste in sacks.

In addition the vehicles must be able to empty waste containers from 80 L to 1000 L. The large chamber must be able to empty 1000 L containers, and the small chamber must be able to empty up to 360 L.
