Framework agreement on purchase/delivery/installation of interactive displays

A framework agreement for the purchase, supply and installation of at least 150 promethean interactive displays will be put out to tender.

In particular, they are interactive displays (Promethean Cobalt 86 inches). The interactive displays replace the classic blackboards in the classrooms of the schools. The working group expects functionally reliable as well as intuitive and easy-to-use systems, which have been developed for the education sector and have already proven themselves there.

In the present case, the first call is made via 168 interactive displays (Cobalt) with the necessary components after the contract has been awarded. This quantity is also the initial purchase quantity.

After acceptance of the first 168 systems, further calls up to a total of 300 interactive displays with the necessary components are possible. These individual calls are likely to be 25 or 50 each. However, there is no obligation to accept.

The services are to be offered by the bidder taking into account the procurement documents, including application and tender conditions, EVB-IT contract, price sheet, service description and catalogue of requirements.

A batch of tenders is not planned.
