Supply of O-rings, seals with retaining grain (BS Rings), molded ropes and flat seals of aeronautical grade cut and qualified to standard NF l 17-107 of July 2019 of various brands or equivalent to national navy units

This notice concerns a framework agreement to purchase orders for the supply of O-rings, retaining grain seals (BS Rings), molded ropes and flat seals of aeronautical grade cut and qualified to NF l 17-107 of July 2019 of various or equivalent marks for the benefit of units of the national navy. It is part of a restricted tender procedure in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2324-2, L. 2325-1-1º and R. 2361-2 to R. 2361-6 and R. 2361-8 of the Public Order Code.

Pursuant to articles R. 2372-19 to R. 2372-21 of the Public Order Code, the framework agreement presenting significant technical hazards will include a provisional share for orders of supplies.
