The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672) including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding of wood and seeds, tree selection, nursery, meadow and agricultural management, hunting management, maintenance of tourist and educational facilities, maintenance of forest roads and skidding routes, to be performed in the Gorlice Forest District, in 2023. Planned date of commencement and completion of the contract: 13.07.2023 – 31.12.2023

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
