The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection and development of municipal waste from the owners of real estate inhabited on the terna of the municipality Radzanowo, including:

1) the collection and development of municipal waste from real estate located in the territory of the municipality of Radzanowo, where the inhabitants reside;

2) collection and development of municipal waste transferred by residents of Radzanowo municipality to the point of selective collection of municipal waste in the village of Woźniki (PSZOK Woźniki);

in such a way as to ensure that levels of recycling, reuse and recovery are achieved by other methods and to reduce the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities (i.e., the Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1439 as amended) and the current implementing acts to that act.

The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from real estate inhabited in the territory of the municipality of Radzanowo in the period from 1.7.2021 to 30.6.2022. The scope of the object of the contract, including the obligations of the Contractor are described in detail in the SWZ and the attachments to the SWZ, including the detailed description of the contract subject and the draft contract. The basis for determining the amount of remuneration payable to the Contractor will be the rate for 1 Mg of received and developed individual types of municipal waste.
