This tender concerns a public procedure for the construction and maintenance of site facilities in new districts in the municipality of Zeewolde.

This tender includes the construction of various green spaces, as well as the maintenance of these and the maintenance of pavements. The part to be maintained varies per year; the new districts are added to the acreage, older neighborhoods (from 2 years old) can be taken out of the annual sub-assignment. The area to be maintained also includes the neighborhoods that have already been built in previous years (before 1 April 2022). The work will be provided to the contractor by means of partial contracts after the tender.

The contracting authority wishes to conclude an agreement with one tenderer. The intended effective date of the agreement is 1 April 2022 and the maximum term is four years (3 years + optional 1 year extension). The tender takes place on the basis of a RAW framework specifications.
