Statsbygg requests for project 1113901 New Eidsberg prison, tenders for the following consultancy assignments:

1 consultant who shall cover the builder ombudsman and SHA coordinator functions (hereafter called ‘BHO’).

Kriminalomsorgsdirektoratet (KDI) has given Statsbygg the task of expanding Eidsberg prison. Statsbygg thus requires assistance with following-up the construction project, which comprises establishing the following:

— 3 new buildings (with a total of approx. 8000 m2);

— Alterations to 2 existing buildings, (a total of approx. 500 m2);

— New perimeter security (security fence);

— Electronic security system (camera surveillance etc.);

— Complete new outdoor situation.

The project shall be designed and carried out as 2 separate turnkey contracts (K201 Module prison and K202 Additional functions) and it shall be completed during summer 2017. It is assumed that the BHO function will start approx. 1.3.2016.
