1.The subject of the contract is the implementation of the information campaign of the Festival of Professions in 2022 as part of the project “Modernization of vocational training in Małopolska II”, in the field of press and online campaign and outdoor campaign.

2.The contract will be awarded in 2 parts:

a) part 1 of the order - Implementation of the Information Campaign of the Festival of Professions in 2022r. as part of the project “Modernization of vocational training in Małopolska II”, in the field of press and online campaign

b) part 2 of the order - Implementation of the Information Campaign of the Festival of Professions in 2022 as part of the project “Modernization of vocational training in Małopolska II”, in the field of outdoor campaign

Part 1 of the order - Implementation of the Information Campaign of the Festival of Professions in 2022 as part of the project “Modernization of vocational training in Małopolska II”, in the field of press and internet campaign which consists of the following elements: production of a TV spot; animation on the LED screen of the building Tauron Arena Kraków (including animation production and animation broadcast); three times publication of the Announcement of the Festival of Competitions in the regional log; design and printing from 1 to 3 invitation packages (1 package is 50 pcs); design, composition and print from 1 to 4 catalogue packages (1 package is 500 copies); campaign on the Internet (in particular: banner design, video production, campaign on social networking site Facebook)

2.The detailed description of the subject of the contract (sopz) containing a description of Part 1 and/or 2 of the order is annex 1C and 1D to the SWZ respectively and shall be entered as annexes to the public procurement agreement.

3.The terms of execution of the contract are contained in the proposed provisions of the contract for part 1 and/or 2 of the public contract, respectively, which will be entered into the public procurement contract contract model and constitute, respectively, in the case of Part 1, Annex No 1E to the swz, and in the case of for Part 2, Annex No 1F to the swz (hereinafter referred to as the model contract).

4.The contracting authority, pursuant to Article 95 of the Act, specifies that it does not require employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons carrying out the execution of the contract, consisting in the performance of the work in the manner specified in Article 22 §1 of the Act on 26 June 1974 — Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040, 1043 and 1495).

Part 2 of the order - Implementation of the Information Campaign of the Festival of Professions in 2022 as part of the project “Modernization of vocational training in Małopolska II”, in the field of outdoor campaign consisting of the following elements: the development of graphic projects of the announcement of the Festival on advertising media and the exposure of the announcement of the Festival in the area of Lesser Poland Voivodeship (on 30 advertising media type bilbord in the area of Lesser Poland Voivodeship; 30 advertising media types citylight in Kraków city; 3 buses of public transport in Krakow and one public transport bus in Tarnów and Nowy Sącz; public transport tram in Kraków; large-format carrier with an area of at least 100m2 in Kraków).
