1. The object of the order is the provision of printing, copy and scanning of paper documents, the provision of multifunctional devices, network printers and servers and software necessary for the execution of the object of the order. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order, including the conditions for the provision of equipment, is set out in the contract template set out in Annex 7 to the SWZ.

2. The full name in Section II.1.1 should read: “Central Printout System — the provision of printing, copy and scanning services of paper documents, the provision of multifunction devices, network printers and servers and software necessary to fulfill the order.”

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order, including the conditions for the provision of equipment, is set out in the contract template, Annex 7 to the SWZ.

3. The Purchaser does not allow submission of partial offers.

4. The Contracting Authority does not require the execution of the contract by protected work establishments, social cooperatives or other contractors subject to the provision of Article 94 (1) of the Law Pzp.

5. The Awarding Entity does not allow submitting variants.

6. The Awarding Entity does not envisage conducting an electronic auction.

7. The Contracting Authority allows the Contractor to carry out the subject of the contract using subcontractors on the terms set out in the SWZ.

8. The Contracting Authority shall, pursuant to Article 95 (1) of the Act, require the employment of persons performing the service activities referred to in Chapter VII of Annex No 1 to the contract directly on the equipment referred to in Section 1 (1) of the model contract. The performance of these activities involves the performance of work in the manner laid down in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 — Labor Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320 as amended).

Attention! This requirement does not apply to tenders: natural persons conducting business activities and partners of personal companies who undertake to personally provide these activities to the company.

9. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Law Pzp at a rate not exceeding 50% of the value of the basic contract. Accordingly, the Contracting Party took into account the value of the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Act in the amount of PLN 3 112 261,02 net. These orders will consist of a repetition of similar services, in relation to those described in this procedure in the template of the contract and the annexes thereto. The conditions under which the above contracts will be awarded shall correspond to the conditions set out in the template of the contract and the annexes thereto, with the conditions of participation in the proceeding limited to the repeated scope of the contract.

11. Attention! The value indicated in points II.1.5 and II.2.6 of the notice shall contain the orders referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of Law Pzp.
