The subject of the contract includes: Execution of construction works consisting in the extension of the county road No. 1837L from km 7+700 to km 12+300 as part of the investment task entitled "Extension of the county road No. 1837L in the municipality of Samogitia" implemented under the Government Fund Polish Ład: Strategic Investment Program.

The subject of the contract includes construction works consisting in the extension of the district road No. 1837L from km 7+700 to km 12+300 as part of the investment task entitled "Extension of the district road No. 1837L in the municipality of Samogitia" implemented under the Government Fund Polish Ład: Strategic Investment Program.

The material scope of the contract includes:

(1) Preparatory works, including:

a) reconstruction of the route and altitude points over a distance of 4,600 km,

b) a picture of the humus layer,

(c) demolition of road components.

2) Earthworks, including:

a) excavation in the soil of category III,

b) execution of embankments,

3) Dehydration, including:

a) Linear drainage,

4) Foundations, including:

a) trough with profiling and compaction of the substrate,

b) cleaning and sprinkling of structural layers,

c) making the foundation of mechanically stabilized crushed aggregate,

(d) frost protection layer, foundation and improved substrate of a mixture bound by a hydraulic binder,

5) Surfaces including:

a) asphalt concrete surfaces,

b) concrete pavements,

6) Finishing works, including strengthening of slopes, ditches and sewage,

7) Street elements including:

a) wastewater from prefabricated elements,

b) concrete edging,

8. Labelling, including:

(a) vertical markings,

(b) road markings,

9) strengthening the substrate with mattresses,

10) executive geodetic measurement,

11) Removal of power collisions indicated in points 2.8-2.9 of the collision removal conditions).

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the project documentation constituting Annex 10 to the SWZ, which consists of:

1) Construction project (including: land development design, architectural and construction design, technical design),

2) Construction and executive design of removal of power collisions (applies to the collision indicated in points 2.8-2.9 of the collision removal conditions),

3) Permanent traffic organization project,

4) Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiOR),

5) Bills of quantities,

Due to the fact that the Contractor's remuneration indicated in the offer will be a lump sum, the Contractor should base the valuation of the offer on the scope indicated in the project documentation. The bills of quantities attached to the SWZ are of an auxiliary nature, which is emphasized in § 4 section 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional and utility program. The contractor is obliged to carefully check the number of works with the design documentation. Due to the fact that the works contract is a lump-sum contract, if more works occur in any pre-measure position during the execution of works, it will not be possible to consider it as additional works with a demand for additional remuneration. Any lack of works in the bill of quantities of works necessary to be performed in the design documentation does not release the Contractor from the obligation to perform them on the basis of the project at the contractual price.
