Each of STW (Severn Trent Water), DVW (Dee Valley Water) and STS (Severn Trent Services) wish to award contract agreements for the provision of Occupational Health Services. These will be split across 4 Lots. Lot 1 will be for Occupational and Wellbeing Services Lot 2 will be for EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) Lot 3 will be for Physiotherapy Services and Lot 4 will be for Manual Handling Training.

Each of STW (Severn Trent Water), DVW (Dee Valley Water) and STS (Severn Trent Services) wish to award contract agreements for the provision of Occupational Health Services. Lot 1 will be for Occupational Health and Wellbeing Services.The provision will include the following services: — End to end management referral process —Night worker Assessment — Statutory Health Surveillance —New and internal mover health assessment —Drugs and Alcohol testing —Executive Medicals —Specialist advice around the promotion of Health and Wellbeing —Health Needs Assessment.

Each of STW (Severn Trent Water), DVW (Dee Valley Water) and STS (Severn Trent Services) wish to award contract agreements for the provision of Occupational Health Services. Lot 2 will be for Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Services. The provision will include the following services:— Employee Assistance Programme (Inc. telephone line and Counselling services under EAP provision) —Specialist advice over a variety of core areas e.g. career / legal advice, management support included under the EAP provision —Crisis / Trauma Management — Psychological Therapy Services as a referral only service.

Each of STW (Severn Trent Water), DVW (Dee Valley Water) and STS (Severn Trent Services) wish to award contract agreements for the provision of Occupational Health Services. Lot 3 will be for Physiotherapy Services. The provision will include the following services: —End to end management referral process for Physiotherapy — delivered face to face, through guided self-help and telephone administration, with the ability to securely send reports and information on employee fitness to work to Lot 1 Occupational Health provider to host on system —DSE and Ergonomist Assessment — including vehicle assessments and up-skill of current ST DSE Assessors —Functional Restoration Programme (FRP) as part of Physiotherapy referral process.

Each of STW (Severn Trent Water), DVW (Dee Valley Water) and STS (Severn Trent Services) wish to award contract agreements for the provision of Occupational Health Services. Lot 4 will be for Manual Handling Services. The provision will include the following services:— Manual Handling Training — primarily novice and refresher training for those carrying out more demanding manual handling tasks as part of an operational role —Materials and resources to support learners including pre / post training as a means of embedding the right behaviours —Training design and development — to review and modify content as changes occur —Specialist advice and guidance — e.g. to assist in incident investigations as required.
