The target of the acquisition is the ticket sales and customer services of the Ylöjärvi swimming hall, as well as the cafeteria operations.

The service provider is responsible for ticket sales, customer service, customer service and guidance for customers in the swimming pool and sports hall. The service provider supervises the entrance to the swimming hall and guides customers in the use of the entrance gate. The service provider accepts and manages reservations for the sauna and cabinet, as well as the squash room. The service provider pays the entrance fees to the swimming pool and other facilities of the sports hall, the guidance fees for sports services and other possible city client fees from the customers. The service provider can also organise cafeteria activities on the premises.

The City of Ylöjärvi's leisure services are asking for an offer for the production of ticket sales and customer service as well as cafeteria operations for the Ylöjärvi swimming pool.

The bidder can familiarise themselves with the site before submitting the offer on Mon 13.2.2023 at 10.00.
