4.1. The subject of the contract is the successive collection, transport and management of waste with the code 19 12 12 – other wastes (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11, constituting a component for the production of alternative fuel RDF generated in the process of mechanical and manual treatment of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and residues from sorting of waste collected selectively in the Municipal Installation Plant Waste Management in Łasków, Łasków 69, 22-530 Mircze.
4.1. The subject of the contract is the successive collection, transport and management of waste with the code 19 12 12 – other wastes (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11, constituting a component for the production of alternative fuel RDF generated in the process of mechanical and manual treatment of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and residues from sorting of waste collected selectively in the Municipal Installation Plant Waste Management in Łasków, Łasków 69, 22-530 Mircze.
4.2. Waste with the code 19 12 12 covered by the contract will be waste of the over-sieve fraction with a diameter exceeding 80 mm, as a material intended for the production of alternative RDF fuel, after separation of terrace waste and after manual segregation on the sorting line and separation of ferrous metals.
4.3. The estimated amount of waste during the contract will be
up to 4 000 Mg. This quantity was determined for the purpose of estimating the value of the contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the amount of waste collected without the right to pursue claims. The minimum guaranteed amount of waste is 1 000 Mg . The actual amount of waste to be collected will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party.
4.4. The waste covered by the contract will be in the form of cubes measuring approx. 80 cm x 100 cm x 110 cm, which will be tied with steel wire or occasionally in a loose form without pressing.
4.5. Waste collection will be carried out by transport organized by the Contractor and at its expense. The Contractor will transport the collected waste by trucks adapted to transport waste in a compressed and loose form and will have an entry in the register for waste transport referred to in Article 50 paragraph 1 point 5 letter b, of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 669 t.j.)
4.6. Waste collection will take place on working days from Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 18:00 from the area of the Waste Management Plant in Łasków, Łasków 69, 22-530 Mircze by the Contractor's own transport. The Ordering Party shall ensure the loading of waste. Weighing of waste collected by the Contractor will take place on the scale of the Ordering Party, located in the Waste Management Plant in Łasków, Łasków 69 and will be confirmed by a weighing receipt from the weighing system and confirmation of generating the Waste Transfer Card in accordance with the guidelines of the BDO system.
4.7. Each transport of waste collected by the Contractor shall be recorded in the weighing system of the Ordering Party and in the BDO system.
4.8. After the end of each settlement period, which is a calendar month, the Ordering Party shall provide the Contractor with a weighing balance (report) derived from a computer program operating the weighing system at the Waste Management Plant in Łasków.
4.9. The offered method of waste management with the code 19 12 12 constituting a component for the production of alternative fuel RDF must comply with applicable law and recovery processes listed in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 669, as amended).
4.10. The Contractor shall be obliged to confirm the recovery of the collected waste and provide written information on the ongoing recovery process from the collected waste from the Ordering Party.
